Prudence Rogers started her career in graphic design before moving into the world of magazine publishing. She became Art Director for Devon Life magazine before moving into book publishing in 2002 and working as Art Editor on a diverse range of craft titles.
Now a freelance designer and illustrator, Prudence’s experience in craft publishing and life-long love of making things led to the creation of her first book The Unnofficial Lego Jewellery Book. Her second book Craft it with Hama Beads was published in 2014 and her sewn projects were included in 50 Fat Quarter Makes publishing this year. Prudence designed and created the set for our very own Craft Daily studio.
We asked Prudence about appearing on Craft Daily…
“I’m so pleased to be asked to present on Craft Daily – TV is such a great way to demonstrate and teach craft techniques. There’s no better way to learn new skills than to watch someone doing it in real time, offering tips and tricks along the way. It’s such fun to create designs exclusively for the show and hopefully inspire people to have a go at home.”
