Featuring presenter… Emily Levey

Emily Levey has a passion for sewing and loves nothing more than to share her knowledge and skills with others, teaching forgotten techniques in the hope students will find it as addictive as she does! She first started sewing over 20 years ago and has not put her needle down since. Today she can always be found in her studio, surrounded by fabric, rustling up a new dress or working on her latest quilt. (more…)

Craft Daily TV Series 2!

Craft Daily TV will return for a second series, with episode one airing at 10.30am on Monday 16 February 2015, after just a two-week break in the schedule.

With BARB figures for series one topping 100,000 viewers, cast and crew are delighted to be continuing the programme into series two.

Christmas is nearly upon us and we’ve got some great episodes lined up to take you through the Christmas season and into the New Year. Instead of the same old Christmas films, this year you’ll be able to tune in to Craft Daily TV on Christmas Day with our 7pm showing! Craft Daily is now on Freeview!

Good news! Craft Daily is now available to watch on Freeview, as well as Freesat and Sky.  If you have an Internet connected TVs or HD Freeview box connected to the Internet, you can watch Craft Daily on channel 244 – Vision TV – just select showcaseTV.


We launch on Monday!!!

The day has finally arrived, Craft Daily TV goes live on Monday at 10.30am, repeated on Thursday at 7pm. We will then be on at those same times for all of series 1.

You can watch us on Sky channel 192 and Freesat 402. If you don’t have Sky or Freesat then you can watch the show streamed on our homepage. A few people have asked us about Virgin Media, and we are working with our broadcast partners on the opportunity to be available there too in the coming weeks.


Previewing The Handmade Fair

A big date in the craft diary this weekend as Kirstie Allsopp presents The Handmade Fair at Hampton Court Palace. The show runs from Friday 19th to Sunday 21st and is set to be a great experience for all that attend.

What seems to set The Handmade Fair apart is it’s focus on making on top of the usual stalls and exhibitions. Kirstie herself will lead presentations in the Super Theatre and throughout the show you can take part in ‘Grand Makes’ where groups of up to 250 will take part in projects such as Origami Floristry or Gift Wrapping. Featuring presenter….Lisa Lam

Lisa Lam will be a featured presenter in early episodes of Craft Daily, with a focus on purse making.

Lisa is an author and the founder of U-Handbag, an online bag making supplies shop and blog. After finding it difficult to source the supplies she needed for bag making, Lisa took the plunge in November 2005 and launched her business. Her time is now spent designing sewing patterns and kits and sourcing the handles and other items for making bags.
